Introduction

Accelerate Creativity provides high-quality creative skill development services that inspire motivation, build confidence, empower creatives and foster collaborations.

These Terms of Service (“Terms'') govern your access to and use of the Sites and Services. For clarity these terms have been broken down into clearer definitions. If you have any comments or questions about these Terms, please email us and let us know.

Definitions

Service(s) – refers to facilities offered by Accelerate Creativity

Sites – refers to any website associated with Accelerate Creativity

Company (referred to as either ‘the Company’ ‘We’ ‘Us’ or ‘Our’ in this Agreement)

You – Client or Business in association with services offered by Accelerate Creativity including but not limited to Creativity Tools, Skill Development Courses, Consultations and Marketing and Promotion Services.

Creativity Tools – refers to learning aids and materials created by Accelerate Creativity to including guides, dynamic learning and skill development both written and visual.

Skill Development Course(s)– refers to any fixed course consultation or group course program offered.

Consultation(s) - refers to any 1-2-1 tutoring and or support sessions that are offered.

Creatives Connect - refers to networking, marketing and community tools and or services offered.

Creative Development – refers to services offered to enhance skill development and exposure opportunities through workshops, networking and or other creative industry connection methods. This also includes any marketing and promotion support services.

Applicable Terms

Your use of the Sites and Services is subject to these Terms, as well as our Terms and Condition, Privacy Policy, and any service agreements/contracts.

Any specific or additional contract/agreement given, is held alongside these terms of service.

Please read this Agreement carefully and make sure you understand it. If you do not understand the Agreement, or do not accept any part of it, then you are not permitted to proceed with the usage of our website and or services.

Indicating your acceptance of this agreement or accessing or using our website and or services you are accepting and agreeing to all of the terms within this agreement.

By accepting these Terms and using the Service, you are also accepting the terms as well as our Terms and Condition, Privacy Policy, and any service terms and agreements/contracts.

Eligibility

Our services are for individuals aged 18 years or older. In our sole discretion we may refuse to offer the services to any person or entity and change the eligibility criteria for using the services at any time.

If you access Accelerate Creativity on behalf of your business, you are representing that you are authorised to agree to these Terms on its behalf.

Billing, Payments and Cancellations

Accelerate Creativity offer a variety of services and products that are communicated to our clients through the following channels.

Skill Development Courses

Creative Tools

Consultations

Creatives Connect

The Price scheme are specifically designed for different services to which some will also be customised to which a personalised contract will be created for those services.

Skill Development Courses

Accelerate Creativity provides skill development courses (1-2-1 or group sessions) consisting of 4-8 week sessions in a creative area/trade for skill development for individuals within the creative industry for personal and business ventures.

Course prices may vary on Course type whereby price information will be communicated accordingly upon customer interest.

We offer also Taster Sessions and Single Topic Sessions to which payment terms are immediate at time of booking and non-refundable. (Contact us for more information on taster sessions and single topic sessions).

These prices are subject to change at any time to which notification of this will be given.
Course and session information will always be communicated in advance.
Once payment is received, further information and or meeting links etc, for the session/course(s), will be communicated.

All sessions are non-refundable.
No refund is issued for the any course once paid, unless for exceptional circumstances to which it is at Accelerate Creativities right to verdict validation.
No refunds will be issued if failure to attend all or part of courses once payment is taken.
If scheduled dates are unable to be attended rescheduling will be accepted to complete the course.
All payments must be made before at least 24 hours before sessions begin.
If sessions are agreed to commence within a 24hr period, payment must be made immediately.
Session and Courses are to be paid in full before the sessions begin.
Sessions will not be accepted without prior payment.
Accelerate Creativity have the right to change or cancel any sessions. You will be notified at least 2 hours ahead of the session/course and a rescheduled date will be provided.
For payments via invoice, payment terms are 'due on receipt' or '30 days net' depending on agreement with Accelerate Creativity. More information will be given on the invoice and or through communication.

Creative Tools

All guides, video tutorials and material found on the website are free to access. However all rights are reserved under the Creative Tools from Accelerate Creativity.

Consultations

Accelerate Creativity offer consultation sessions for our clients for creative development and business training. We offer fixed and long term consultation sessions whereby the terms are agreed here and through a separate contract agreement that will be given to the client to solidify trade of services.

All payments for consultation will be made at time of booking unless invoiced with extended payment terms.
All new bookings must be made 24 hours before desired appointment.
Refunds will not be accepted.
Appointment dates can be changed for another session time if unable to attend.

Creatives Connect

Creatives Connect is a free networking service offered by Accelerate Creativity whereby we encourage and connect creatives to likeminded individuals and companies/services within the creative industry.

We may also use social media platforms to connect with creatives, industry professionals and companies. We also use the platform Discord for our community groups, please refer to the server policies and privacy for data protection information.

Privacy and Security

Our Privacy Policy is not a contract and does not form part of this Agreement. Our Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time as set forth in that policy. We will update our policy by stating on our website and or on our policy of the changes.

Our Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and

disclosure of Your personal information when You use our services or the Website and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.

Liability

We are not liable to the client, supplier, consultee, consultant or to any third party for any loss, damage, costs or liabilities suffered as a result of this agreement, the existence of the relationships between the parties, the services provided or the act or omissions of the client or tutor(s). Nothing in this clause shall limit or exclude any liability for death or personal injury, or which results from fraud.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.

Terms and Conditions Amendments

At our discretion, we may change our Terms of Service to reflect updates to our business processes, current acceptable practices, or legislative or regulatory changes.
If we decide to change this Terms of Service, this will be posted in replacement to our current terms.
You will be informed of any changes to our Terms of Service.
